Hello there, I'm Miten!
I wasn’t always this fit. As a kid, I had huge love handles and never liked what I saw staring back at me in the mirror. Constantly being bullied for my weight motivated me to change my habits and prove any doubters wrong.
Training hard and incorporating a controlled diet paid off significantly; my love handles completely vanished in just a couple of months, and people started to notice. I had found the secret to success, the secret to becoming the best version of yourself.
There was no stopping me now. The mere touch of iron is like magic, instantly putting a smile on my face, and eating clean meals makes me feel energetic, fitter, fresher and younger on the inside. The amazing thing is that it is actually really easy to feel this way with the right guidance in the gym and kitchen.
It made me passionate and eager to help others in need, so I pursued my professional career in fitness and health, starting my brand, MSF, to make fitness easy, affordable and accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world.
My clients are always astounded by the transformative results they achieve through my guidance and have worked with thousands of people around the world. My work has also led to me winning the Radio City Mumbai City Icon 2019 Award for Excellence in Nutrition and Lifestyle.

What a plan Seriously speaking if I'd have known about this say 6 months back I would have almost reached my goal by this time Won't take name but I had purchased a few plans from some other people via insta and the main issue there would be food was super monotonous like just to diet for veg day and for nonveg day that's it and then the person wouldn't change it for weeks as a result I could not follow it for more that 3 weeks But when I talk about miten , this guy would give me new recipes not only every week but also different food for every single day...if I don't like something / or say I got some issues with the food he'd change it immediately People believe dieting and starving are the same ... mitens show its two separate things Not even once have I starved on this 8 week challenge About the workouts Those are super fun and totally customised.

Hi miten, Yes every thing is consistent , i am strictly following diet and workout plan provided by you, my weight has approximately dropped by 4 kgs and i don't feel that i am on dieting it is all due to the amazing meals provided by you and last saturday's workout was really challenging and i loved it! Other than this i wanted to ask that can i also incorporate dumbell workout as i have some dumbells at my place (2 dumbell of 5kg and 1 of 10kg)and also that can i drink tea ? sometimes i crave for it , I am straightaway sending you a follow request on instagram .

I have not been into online training programs and tried for the first time and it turn out to be super awesome. Let me begin with the guidance; you get proper guidance and support and your query get addressed quickly. I am very happy and satisfied with the online support and guidance. Now, about the work out: Every week the work out is different so you don't feel like a routine one. Because of the variation, it becomes and challenging to work out. In fact. you look forward for the next day work out. The work out are explained in details with the link provided to the video as well. It is easy to understand and adapt as well. About diet plan: the diet plan is equally awesome, it does not feel you are on the diet. It kills those hunger pangs and craving without knowledge. The results seen in days and week, make you to follow it without any issue. I would encourage everyone to look forward for this program. Trust me, this is the stop to achieve your fitness goals.

I saw MSF advertisement in Facebook and clicked on the link. I saw the plans and read the reviews. Everyone (literally everyone) had praised Miten Sir for transforming their body (and thus, life). I was still in dubious mind whether to go for it or not as I have never ever taken any diet plan. I always wanted to take up one of the plans of Miten Sir, as his plans seemed realistic and also the positive reviews/feedback which people gave online. One day, I finally opened his website and signed up for 12 week Transformation Plan, without knowing that in future I will get lots of compliments from people about loosing some weight or having a glowing skin.
