No matter which city, country you are from; no matter your age/gender; no matter whether you are looking to lose fat and/or build muscle; as long as you have access to the internet, MSF Transformation Plans and our coaching program will prove to be beneficial for you.
So normally, we do add a total 14 day buffer period to your MSF Membership.
However, you can pause for longer durations as well for a nominal charge of ₹ 1,000 (for a period of up to 6 months)

In that, the 1st step would be to fill out your basic details;
Post that our team will reach out to you (on your registered email ID) for Step 2 in which we will collect additional details from you during which we will also discuss your goals and requirements in greater detail.
Once we have all your details, we will then work on your customised workouts and meal plans that fit into your current daily routine, lifestyle, preferences and share them with you on your private dashboard (members only mobile app) within 24-48 hours.
Yes, you are agreeing to create subscription for the said duration of the Membership Payment Plan with Miten Says Fitness LLP.
But, you can choose to cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at Support@MitenSaysFitness.com and we will cancel your subscription without any questions asked!
I don't just prepare diets and workouts alone, but I actually coach you, guide you and support you on your fitness journey. I also check in on you at least once every week (on your registered email ID) to motivate you AND to hold you accountable;

You get to decide what type of recipes you want.
With the "Pay with Card" checkout option, your memberships will be auto-renewed as per the Terms of Use given on our website, and the program duration you choose.
With the "Pay with UPI" checkout option, your membership will expire after the program duration. You will lose access to your all your membership benefits after your membership has expired.
