  • When can I begin my program after I sign up?

    You can book your spot now and start your program anytime within 14 days of signing up

  • Who can join an MSF Online Training Program?

    If you are someone who has constantly tried multiple programs and fallen off the wagon repeatedly; 


    If you are someone who has never even moved an inch of your body before (never done any workout or diets); 


    If you are someone who is already fit, but looking to get fitter; 


    If you are someone who is struggling with the way you look and feel about yourself; 


    If you are someone who is looking to feel more confident about yourself; 


    Then our MSF Transformation Plans are just the right thing for you.


    No matter which city, country you are from; no matter your age/gender; no matter whether you are looking to lose fat and/or build muscle; as long as you have access to the internet, MSF Transformation Plans and our coaching program will prove to be beneficial for you. 

  • Can I pause my MSF Membership

    So normally, we do add a total 14 day buffer period to your MSF Membership.


    However, you can pause for longer durations as well for a nominal charge of ₹ 1,000 (for a period of up to 6 months) 

  • What happens after I subscribe to MSF Transformation Plan

    Once you complete your sign up  and payment, you will go through our 2 step on-boarding procedure. 

    In that, the 1st step would be to fill out your basic details; 


    Post that our team will reach out to you (on your registered email ID) for Step 2 in which we will collect additional details from you during which we will also discuss your goals and requirements in greater detail.


    Once we have all your details, we will then work on your customised workouts and meal plans that fit into your current daily routine, lifestyle, preferences and share them with you on your private dashboard (members only mobile app) within 24-48 hours.

  • Will I be charged again after my program ends?

    Yes, you are agreeing to create subscription for the said duration of the Membership Payment Plan with Miten Says Fitness LLP. 


    But, you can choose to cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at Support@MitenSaysFitness.com and we will cancel your subscription without any questions asked!

  • Will I receive support during my MSF Online Training Program?

    I don't just prepare diets and workouts alone, but I actually coach you, guide you and support you on your fitness journey. I also check in on you at least once every week (on your registered email ID) to motivate you AND to hold you accountable; 


    My team and I are also available to you ANYTIME (from your registered email ID) during the course of your membership with us - for all your doubts/questions - to help you overcome your challenges and to make sure that you keep making progress on your goals.


    With your MSF Membership, you also get to connect with our team and other members of the MSF community via our members exclusive WhatsApp group.

  • How will my MSF Meal Plan be personalized for me?

    Your customised meal plan will be carefully made to help you reach your specific goals. I will make this based on your current body condition, activity levels, dietary & workout preferences and limitations. 


    I will carefully calculate the macronutrient and calorie requirements for your body and create a meal plan that’s specific to your routine/schedule. So make sure that you submit your accurate details so that your customised plan is made FOR YOU!

  • Do I need a gym membership to follow the MSF Workout Plan?Or do I need any equipment's to workout?

    No. You don't necessarily have to visit the gym to workout. 


    You don't even need any fancy types of equipment in order to workout. 


    When I say personalised workout plan, I truly mean personalised and prepare your workout plan based on your preference: 


    Whether you want to workout at the gym OR at home! Whether you have access to any equipment or not! 


    The choice is yours, and you get to workout wherever you feel comfortable

  • Do I need to take any Steroids or Performance Enhancers in order to achieve my fitness goals?

    Your meal plan is going to be completely natural. MSF does not promote the usage of any kind of steroids or performance enhancers, and you will NEVER be asked to take them.

  • Can I have a cheat meal?

    Yes, we provide our clients with 1 dedicated cheat day each week. 

  • Is the work plan too intense?

    No. Your workout plan will be based on your body’s current fitness levels  and limitations.

  • What kind of food will I be eating as part of my MSF Diet Plan?

    Your meal plan comes with quick, easy and delicious recipes that make your meal plan sustainable for you. 


    The food in your meal plan will be made to fit your routine, lifestyle, tastes, preferences, limitations and your budget! 


    You get to decide what type of recipes you want. 

  • Is there an expiry for the program?

    With the "Pay with Card" checkout option, your memberships will be auto-renewed as per the Terms of Use  given on our website, and the program duration you choose.


    With the "Pay with UPI" checkout option, your membership will expire after the program duration. You will lose access to your all your membership benefits after your membership has expired.
